steering problems

Off hand (list will correct if I'm wrong) I can think of the following
things that might cause that issue. Ball Joints, faulty CV joints and a
bent rear trailing arm. Possibly a power steering pump on the way out?
It might not make any noise, but if it's not keeping pressure up would
it cause a steering issue?

Hope that helps.
