WAS: 16v model year differences; now top speed/gear ratios

I've gotten mid 130's in my modestly modified 8v on a long straightaway, but 
that was when it had a 7A tranny.  I didn't even redline it in 5th.  I ran 
out of straight road before I could.

That's a 3.94 FD with a .71 5th :)
