euro lights + protectors + heat = cracked euro lights

'Allyn heads down to the lab...'
    Theres a guy down the street here that has cracked euros with the plastic
protector thingies on them. As far as the heat issue, i think its caused not
only by the bulbs heat, but by the heat that the light itself produces when
bouncing off of the dirty/foggy reflectors/lens. Gluing on that plastic thing
may add to the internal reflectiveness of the light, adding even more heat to
the point where there is a big temperature difference across the glass. enough
to crack it.

    As for Larrys water cooled h4's... hrm... i think an hid conversion might be
cheaper :).
