(A little OT) Screwy electrical problem---HELP!!--UPDATE(new problem!)

OK I will test the ISV per Bentley.I will also disconnect the O2 sensor
before fuel mix. adj. are made again(someone else told me that one).How is
the basic T.B adj. made/done?I always thought idle speed was adj. with that
screw in the T.B bottom.Thanks for helping so far!! I hope I'll figure this
out by the 22nd.Ken R.
