raceing idle when heater/defroster is on.

that would be un-charged a/c where the idle kicks up to compensate for
compressor load (that isnt there). slide the heater control just barely out of
the blue zone. actually, i think that trick only works for the other a/c modes.
in defrost mode i think it kicks the compressor in all the time.
