Digital Clock - 12hr vs 24hr?

[flaatr@yahoo.com (Euroroc II)]

My 84 8V, a California car had a 24Hr clock ...

Pressing buttons in any combination or order will not change the clock... 
there is a difference in the models between 24Hr and 12Hr.
