Plaguing 16V problems... (Long, please help)



Fix 3 first then check to see if the oxygen sensor is working.  If not check
it with a meter.  If it's bad replace it.  Then check everything else.

2 may be the prob as well, but realize that the dpr can act up even if the
correct current is going through it.
