24 HR CLOCK - my observations

FWIW, it has been my observation that the Canadian and
European models had 24 hour time, and the '82-'84 (or maybe
it was '83) models in the U.S. had 24 hour time as well. 
So really those 12 hour clocks are pretty rare.  ;p
