Josh, language won't be a barrier.  Shipping companies deal with this all 
the time.  The company I'm dealing with speaks such great English that I 
haven't even bothered uttering a word of German.

The only thing that will take some effort (and this will be irrespective of 
where you ship the car) is getting the insurance you'll need.  My advice 
would be to attempt to purchase that on this side first -- or at least talk 
to a bunch of shipping companies to arrange it through them.
