(final scirocco cd #'s): Re: Insane speed in german cars... slightly OT, had to share...



yea, i know its probably not super low cd or anything, but i do think its at
least decent. with huge steamroller tires, cams, exhaust, other mods, it still
manages to pull the occasional low 400's (miles) on a single tank of gas. i am
amazed that it does that with all that crap on there, but it keeps showing me
that it can. the rieger kit may have flares and stuff, but there arent any sharp
edges, everything is a gradual smoothed contour of sorts. i dont see this as
having a huge impact on cd. another thing i've noticed on the rieger is that i
get *no* push from crosswinds whatsoever. even when i go flying by a truck at
twice the speed. i always remember fighting the wheel trying that in any of my
previous sciroccos.
