Jack points

The 1" round "dimple" just behind the front wheel, is what I usually use but
I want to get the front end up way higher.  Can I support the front of the
car at the sub-frame attach points where the front inside of the control arm
ataches?
I need to spen a bit of time on my back under there and Id like to get it an
extra foot or so up off the floor.
