re-upholstering seats

1) remove any floorpan seat-track covers, old french fries, dead =
lizards, etc.
pull up on fore/aft travel lock lever, located at front of seat =
base.
slide seat to the rear until they come out of the floorpan track and =
the front bracket
2) once the seat is out, you can see how to remove the upholstery from =
underneath
3) cloth is attached to vinyl
You plan on stitching up the new upholstery yourself???? If so, you are =
one gutsy guy.

1) How do you take the seats out of their tracks? Mine are jammed...

2) How do you take the upholstry off the seat frames?

3) are the cloth parts of the seats inserts or are they attached to =
the vinyl?

ANy suggestions that might help would be appreciated. It's freshly =
painted and the torn seats totally take away from it's beauty.....You =
guys know what I'm takin' bout
