Ultimately the defense would initiate before the crime happened to 
prevent the costly damage. Therfore- i would suggest a modified electric 
powercell connected to the cars metallic body that discharges 50,000 
volts of current into the body of the perpetrator. the jolt would carry 
up from the contact of any metallic object into the arm and hopefully 
stop the heart of the would be defiler.

You would come out to your car after shopp[ing the mall to find three of 
four young punk kids and one ex-girlfriend doing the funky chicken 
around your car.    COOOL.
