(ot) insurance ?



That sounds about right (3-4 weeks).  They have been ordered to pay and there is
a time limit they have to comply by and they will take up as much of that time
as possible.  But do realize that it takes them a while to get the check cut
through their corporate office and whatnot since it was a legal matter.

And yes, I know exactly about having a year where nothing works out right, all
my VW's have crapped out, and the house I'm still waiting to close on might cost
me a legal battle before I can close on it.  So I've got to be in the same boat
as you.
