Aprox. $10K in Mars and still needs paint. (drives like a new car tho' :D  )
Cosmos ~ $3500 (and I've just started)

I have been considering jumping to another make for awhile now but can't 
decided which one.
Beck 550 Spyder - $15K-$50K
GT-40 replica - $60K (complete less motor)
1989 Porsche 944T (951) - $8K-$20K

Because I want to use this car for track duty as well, I am leaning towards 
the 944T.
I will probably still keep both Scirocco's (or sell Mars and keep Cosmos).
I will ALWAYS have at least one Mk1 Scirocco in my stable!!

If you are investing money into your VW to either break even or make a 
profit, you probably made the wrong choice.
If you plan on keeping it forever then it might be a good investment IMO.
