je design rear fill plate

<P>i had one on my '86 before it met the pole. i had drilled a hole in my bumper, but not the bumper cover, and made a long &quot;L&quot; shaped bracket that came out and that the plate screwed to. it looked like the plate was suspended in the air underneath the rear bumper. i can try to dig up a pic if you need.<BR><BR></P></DIV>
