Mk 1 Parking brake broken

If the handle gets pulled up too far you can have the 'tooth' flip
upside down and look like it's broken.

Loosen the double lock nuts on the adjusters and pull up on the handle
enough to get in there and flip it back over.

Retighten the cable's adjusters and maybe slap some loktite on there
too.
