Help!!!! trying to get the cam sprockets off

Ok - we're trying to get the cam sprockets off while doing my 2.0 swap =
to transfer on the Autotech set. I don't have access to a press right =
away. Can it be done without one? I've tried local heating with a =
propane torch, but they don't seem to want to move.
