dead scirocco!

your gonna have a slight problem
mostlikely its a broken wire that you "can" fix.
or you replace the hall sender in the dist.
or you replace the dist that is probably leaking oil anyway.
but just so you know
the dist is about 150-200
prolly the single most expensive part on the car with the close sencond of
the 110.00 upper radiator hose for the 16v.
if somebody has a used one you might really want to considerit.
