So that makes the Rabbit a Mk1 up to 1985 and Mk2 after that. Without
research I hesitate to say there is a Mk3 but the A2 chassis came along
and then the A3 is where we are now. Somewhere in the A2 chassis run
they added the Big Bumpers, so that might qualify as Mk2.
