Horrid story, that sounds like the things that happen to me all the time.  I
can't win for losing.  I know if I get behind the wheel angry I am a danger
to all.  Maybe I should start a fistfight at the next autox and got for
FTOTD.  Sorry to hear about the car.  Take care of your head.

well, i decided to sell the cars back to previous owner(todd). and as some
of you know, this ment putting the car back together. so me, my buddy steve,
and this guy todd spent most of saturday making the two scirocco's into one
running one. well, as it turns out me and steve did the work while this ass
sat around and drank all our beer. so we get the car running, load whats
left of the parts car into a ryder truck, which todd's new girlfriend drives
away. as todd gets ready to leave in his now running scirocco, he says
something to me like " you know if i were in your shoes i wouldn't have
given the cars back" and drives off. no thank you, no i hope i can pay you
back someday, no nothing. so now i am pissed and also late to me my
girlfriend whom i was supposed to go to dinner and shit with. so by the time
i get to her place, i am not only two hours late but am still extremely
pissed. and shawna starts in right away with the you love your car more than
you love me shit. so fuck it, i take off. not thinking i could have a worse
day when flying home listening to rage against the machine, i lose control
and crash the '86. i'm still a little fuzzy on what happened but i remember
sliding and a guardrail, plunk..., are those headlights?, plunk...., oh
shit, tree! then waking in the hospital to find out i got one hell of a
cut/bump on my head, a left thigh that is just one big bruise, and half of a
smile. maybe i shoulda just kept the cars.....
