electrical issue



Kevin,
    People usually put a 25 amp fuse in its place when they put a stronger head unit in there. As
for the blowing, you have a short to ground somewhere. Keep in mind it could be anything off of that
circuit (not only the head unit). To check it without blowing fuses, have the car off and check
resistance from the stereo power line to ground. You will probably get something VERY low (i.e. <100
ohms). Disconnect/reconnect stuff as necessary from that line until the ground clears (somewhere
>1000 ohms), whatever you just disconnected when it clears is your culpret).
