Julie STILL has the electrical bug

Julie's problem is with an 8V.  There is a solid state ignition module
that's part of the TCI-h ignition system, but the car's "computer" is a
CIS-K lambda control unit which only controls fuel mixture and does not
interact with the ignition system.
