IF the kid is being charged with a crime as a minor.....then the parents are
legally responsible for the actions of the child.
IF he is being charged as an adult then your only recourse is to sue his
ass. Go to court, settle and have the courts Garnesh (sp) his wages until
your payed back.
You definetely need to talk to an attorney.
