talked to the insurance co today (was insurance ?)



yeah, the way i understood it is the father is letting the son be charged 
for basically stealing his car (unauthorized use). i guess this is why his 
insurance company is claiming they're not responsible. if i remember my law 
correctly, this also saves him from being sued by me. after all, you can't 
be held legally responsible for what someone does in your car if they stole 
it. i'll find out when i talk with the lawyer. in the meantime i think i'm 
going to go ahead and do some repair work. all the damage is documented and 
i did get estimates and pics taken.
