another tale of woe....



I really dislike how our society has become litigious but this situation is
what the system is there for. Let your Insurance Co. go after this for you.
They will get the cost of repairs from the father. However you are entitled
to more (read paint job). Go see a lawyer on your own (while the Insurance
Co is doing their thing). Most lawyers offer an initial consultation free
and they may work with you on a contingency basis.
