Cylinder head help & other questions - kinda long



Well, TDC means simply that a piston is at the absolute top of it's
stroke.  That's why I said "for the purpose of setting ignition timing"
you are interested in cylinder 1 at TDC.
But, yes, cylinder 1 & 4 are at TDC simultaneously so this is a common
mistake to time for 4 instead of 1.
