Sidewall flex (psi)...

This is something I was wondering about (other than the cheapo tire gauge,
anyone know who makes a good one and where to get it?).

I had a stock alignment done last week. The car drives very nice, but since
I know the guy that co-owns the place, I'm thinking about taking it back and
having it tweaked a little more for handling. And suggestions on specs?
Also my body roll is ludicrous. Stock 8v suspension with old worn Tokico
adjustables up front (set to hard).
