Neal,

    That's a big no-shitter about the GA DOT.  How they fix things "IS"
a road hazard.  Since I live in GA I get to deal with that crap all to
often.  When will people learn that a 1/4 inch steal plate with sharp
edged is not a way to fix a damn hole in the road?  Well, it is GA after
all so I can't expect to much.
