16" Wheels/Tires Poll

Absolutely! There are certainly cars that come factory with sidewalls
equivalent to the sidewall of a 205/45-16. On the other hand, when you run
that size sidewall, there are risks.

I survived two years with my 16's. Broke one wheel once due to a MASSIVE
chunk of something that would have broke anything but a SUV tire. The GA DOT
incident probably wouldn't have been a problem in 15's though.

If you're willing to take the risk, you can live with 16's on a
daily-driver. But you have to realize there IS MORE RISK. I'm running 15's
now, and I like not worrying about it. As painful as it was, I passed on a
rare opportunity to buy another set of OZ's. I miss those wheels...
