16" Wheels/Tires Poll

I am currently riding on 16x7 et 38 (I think) Konig's wrapped in 205/45
series Dunlop SP9000's, and the rear with (horrible) Nitto 450's. Suspension
is Tokico adjustable struts (set full hard, but I think they're worn out) up
front and stock Boge on the rear, stock springs all around (4x4 baby!). Ride
is great in the front, small rubbing on lock turning in the front, no
rubbing on bumps, but the rear is horrible with those Nitto tires (still no
rubbing though). I have no idea how it's going to be when I drop it, but I'm
too broke to afford to do the suspension right now. But for now the ride is
a nice compromise between comfort, performance, and looks. I would never go
larger than a 16" rim though...

As an after thought, with a 16x7" wheel, what's the lowest off set I can run
up front, and in the rear. I want to push the rear's out a bit more but
don't know what et to run in the rear...

Jeff,

IMHO I think the 16 is a little big for a comfirtable daily driver. Without
some sidewall squish you will feel more of the rode in your buttocks than
you may want.

I could be wrong but the probably take 20~30% of the jounce.

Brian
