16v radiator

I'm looking to pick up a 16v radiator for a car with AC.  My normal supplier 
doesn't carry it and now I'm casting around.  Also, I looked on Scirocco.org 
and noticed a lot of people were parting out engines.  So is it advisable to 
buy a used radiator?
