Tires...

I need tires. Bad. I'm sick of the Nitto 450's, and the front left one is
wearing like it's low on air (worn outsides, treaded inside), but it's
running at almost 40psi, and it developed a balloon on the sidewall! Extreme
performance my arse!

I need a good performance tire that is decent in the wet, and is less than
$100 each (cheap is good!).  205/45/16 (16x7 wheel). 

Suggestions on what and where to buy.
