Body Kit Identification?

I have little info, but I am trying to identify a body kit.  I have a
picture (stripped from some unknown web site) of a nice MK2 (white) that
has a wide body kit on it that make it look close to a Ferrari.  Has
German plates on it.  Not a whole lot to go on, but anyone seen a kit
like this in the past?  Know how made it?
