Then I say it belongs in Georgia!  PA is *TIGHT* about this kind of thing.
It's a rather expensive hurdle to work around up here.   It's money I'd
rather put towards Ground Controls for my registered A1......

Well, the great thing about all this is that I think Etop Udoh is in
Atlanta.  Georgia doesn't require a title on anything 10 years or
older.  Weird goofy law, but that's how it is here.
