Have you let the car sit and run, then watch to see
when and if it comes on? Mine seems to come on like
the cavalry at the very last minute. The car heats up
in slow moving traffic and gets me nervous. The fan
does come on, and things are all right. It can be a
hot day, and as long as I'm cutting through the air at
a steady pace, the car stays cool. Let me know what
you find out from someone more knowledgable in this
area.

As for exhaust, I bought a Techtonics (TT) system from
Peter Lindval (one of the listers) for a price cheaper
than if I would have bought from TT direct. Talk to
him and he can give you some ideas. I got the racing
downpipe and stainless steel pipes (w/o the cat) all
the way back to the ultraflow muffler. You will notice
a difference in performance. My setup may be a little
too loud for some people. Sometimes it annoys me, and
at others I really like it. I'm sure you will get more
opinions from others, and that is a good thing...
