[WAY OT] escaped Cow loose in Cincy ?

It ain't the "people" in Cincy that are weird, it's the politicians!  The
mayor just saw a perfect chance for some great, odd-ball, free publicity
("See how compassionate I am about our poor, oppressed animal friends?").

Of most things, I'm skeptical.  Of government, I'm cynical.
