[WAY OT] escaped Cow loose in Cincy ?

Yeah, I'm one of these "odd" Cincinnatians.  This city can't seem to
get out of it's own way sometimes.  Marge.  Pete.  Our race "problems."
 Why this cow business ever became news I don't know.

Hey Mayor Luken: here's an idea: shoot the thing and eat it.  Problem
