stripped Allen heads...

Heed Josh's advice on the Allen heads.  I tried to use an impact gun and
stripped ALL mine during the Great, First Semi-annual Belts Replacement
Session.  (stupid, stupid, stupid...)
I replaced them with studs and nuts.
