Delta Tires?

Keep in mind that there are only a handful of tire manufacturers in the world, so its likely that a no name tire is made by someone you have heard of.  Tire companies will make about anything that someone pays them to make.  Just because two tires came off the same assembly line, doesn't make them the same.  (as in: Could you make us a batch of those, but use cheaper rubber and less steel? Oh, and skip some of the inspections.  Yea, just use some of that belt material in your reject bin.)
