max boost for 1.8 16v

that's the maximum boost i can run on a stock 1.8 16v motor? i'm going
turbo in 2 months and i'm can't figure out how to get extra fueling or
the max boost i can run. i'm trying to get 200 at the wheels with a 4K
tranny. what would be the quarter-mile time with that H.P witha 2000
pound car? i have a 87 vw scirocco 16v
