DOH! speeding ticket, question about radar detection

Radar works either stationary or mobile. With Laser, the cop is
stationary and the laser is aimed with optics...i.e. its not just
pointed in the general direction like RADAR, it is actually manually
aimed at your vehicle by the cop.
