can't get crank balancer off!

The v belt pully on the crank is held on by the 4 small bolts not the big one
in the center. If you have the four bolts out and its still stuck on get a
mallet and hit it a few times. The one in the center only needs to be taken
off if you are removing the cogged sprocket or the crankshaft. If you do want
to take it off you need a bigger gun or lots of heat.To get they flywheel
bolts off you dont need to hold the crank if you use that impact you were
using on the other end of the crank earlier. If its spinning the crank use
one hand to hold the pressure plate while you "gun" it.
