If you take off the package tray and the underside of the dash on the
driver's side, you'll find two big plastic connectors going into your
speedo, they've got the wires from the sensors in the engine compartment.
If you knock your dash then your knocking them or stuff in the Speedometer.
Try screwing around with those big connectors first.
