Yeah, what's up with the HUGE amount of HTML-infected list mail these days?

We need a filter again!  And those of you who are spewing this stuff onto
the list, please take the 10 seconds or so that it takes to turn it off.  If
you don't know how to do it, might take you a full minute -  it
needs to be done one way or another.
