Is Cincy gathering "family oriented"

Steve, the event resembles your #2 scenario in no way, shape, or form. Cincy
is a pleasantly mature yet boyishly exuberant get together with lots of warm
fuzzies spread around. The whole point of the gathering is to hang with the
same Scirocco looney tunes that you associate with online. If fact, the
social dynamic is very close to what you get here on Scirocco-l. There's an
off-color remark made here and there, but for the most part the focus is on
the fellowship and the cars themselves.

If your lady is a "car guy", then she'll dig it plain and simple. If she
merely puts up with your strange infatuation, she'll be bored out of her
skull in no time. Unless she's *incredibly* uptight and requires the highest
level of maintenance, there is little going on that could possibly offend.

Well, maybe the local "cuisine" but that's just a matter of opinion. :^)
