(ot) ebay ripoffs

  i had purchased a car stereo off of ebay which i have never received. the 
seller doesn't respond to emails and the phone number she gave is not hers. 
besides leaving negative feedback and filing a fraud claim with ebay, what 
else can i do? i know some people on the list have been through this 
situation before and any help would be greatly appreciated.
