anyhow, here goes

check the thermo time switch with the meter and the ignition on. if its cold
enough, it should drop 0 volts. if instead it drops 12, the switch is in
fact open and your dealer can stuff it. also, check may have to be performed
in the crank position of the igniton switch, as i thought the circuit was
only active at that point.
