Wow, he's still trying the bilge pump thing? After it got so there were more people 'selling' info on how bad they were, it seemed they had died down. Please enlighten me about the resistor thing though. By fooling the temp sensor into thinking it's colder(or hotter, not sure which), that would dump more fuel in and give you a bit more hp right? Not 10hp, but then nothing is as it's claimed.

electric turbo's.  Oh, and don't miss the resistor that plugs into your wiring
harness to advance your timing (fool temp sensor) - that one's good for 10hp!!!

At least no one is buying them.  Looks like he has sold three of the resistors
for up to $0.02 ea (I'm sure he's charging $29.95 S+H or something).
