Lol, check out his other auctions.  He's spamming eBay with those bilge pump electric turbo's.  Oh, and don't miss the resistor that plugs into your wiring harness to advance your timing (fool temp sensor) - that one's good for 10hp!!!

At least no one is buying them.  Looks like he has sold three of the resistors for up to $0.02 ea (I'm sure he's charging $29.95 S+H or something).
